Hey there, I’m Caitlin. Here’s a little bit about what’s most important to me: I have an awesome husband, a five year old son who is the sweetest person I’ve ever met and who is currently battling Leukemia, and a rambunctious, hilarious three-year-old little girl who keeps it all exciting and a new little baby boy. My hands are full, my cup is full, and my life is blessed, but far from perfect.
This blog was originally created because I wanted to let friends and family know about everything that was going on with my son after his diagnosis, and it now serves as a place I come as an outlet to write and share about life, love and parenting.
My son is in remission and he is doing very, very well and along the this journey, I have discovered the importance and power of being grateful for every blessing. I have also learned that keeping a sense of humor and laughing at the absurd, the mundane and everything in between will save your sanity. I think even if you have not been through something like we are enduring, you can relate to most of it anyway. Enjoy!
